• Presides over all Board Meetings.
• Implements direction of Board.
• Responsible for all communications from the CMHA.
• Signing officer for the CMHA.

Past President -  Dale West

• Presides over all Board Meetings.
• Discipline Committee

Vice President -  Doug Richardson - Discipline

• Assumes responsibilities of President in the absence of the President.
• Discipline Chair.

Secretary & Registration- Rebekah Vaughan

• Registration Chairperson
• Records Minutes of all Board Meetings.
• Receives and sends correspondence including advertising.
• Organization of Annual General Meeting.

Treasurer - Todd Berriault

• Manages and maintains record of all monies received and disbursed.
• Prepares monthly financial statement of operations to the Board.
• Shall have books reviewed by an independent qualified party annually.
