DIVISIONS:
      * Atom, Peewee, Bantam, Midget divisions
      * 8 teams maximum per division, minimum 3 games per team
      * AE GROUP 3-4-5 (all division rankings will be based on OMHA criteria for            centre rankings)
      * Select Teams, Alliance Teams, and Teams from outside OMHA are                     ineligible

ENTRY FEE:
      * $ 750.00 (CDN) Guaranteed three games per team
      * All decisions on entries by tournament committee are final  

ENTRY DATES:
      * AUGUST 1st to SEPTEMBER 1st
      * Teams will be notified by September 13 th of the status of their application.            Confirmation of acceptance must be acknowledged by September 17th.                 Rosters due by October 5th, 2008.
      * All applications received during entry window period will be considered                 equally and per Silver Stick regulations.

      * Cheques may be post-dated to September 1/08
      * Entries arriving with out Cheque or Money Order for entire entry fee will not be  considered

CANCELLATION POLICY:
      * Teams withdrawing from the tournament after accepting a spot in                          September will be subject to $200.00 administration withdrawal fee.
      * If a team withdraws after October 1st, their registration fee (less                              administration cost) will only be returned if a replacement team registers.

GAME SCHEDULES:
      * All teams will play games on Friday, and at least one game on Saturday.
      * Semi-finals will be played Saturday afternoon/evening.
      * Finals will be played on Sunday at the Eddie Bush Memorial Arena in                 Collingwood.

GATE POLICY:
      * Gate fees will only be charged on Championship Sunday. However coaches          and players in Championship games on Sunday will be exempt from gate  fees.
      * In addition, passes will be provided to players and coaches of teams in the             finals allowing two family members to attend Championship Sunday free of charge.
