Friday Jan. 22nd - Chips 2 (Black vs. Red)
Friday Jan. 29th - Chips 2 (Blue vs. Yellow)
Friday Feb. 19th - Chips 1
Chips Players get into the Blues game for free and parents are 1/2price. Players should be at the rink by 6:30 so they can meet theplayers and get autographs, the Blues organization will provide allplayers with something to put the autographs on (eg. mini stick ort-shirt)

PERMISSION TO SKATE REMINDER: Permission to skate forms are mandatory for all players wishing to participate in tryouts for Triple "A" teams. Forms can be obtained from President Anthony Griffiths.
Please e-mail Anthony Griffiths griff05@sympatico.ca with the dates of the try-outs you wish to attend, and he will sign the appropriate form.
Under O.M.H.A. regulations, all players requesting try-out forms must be granted such permission. Collingwood Minor Hockey wishes the best of luck to all players taking part in the spring tryouts.

Tournament Win for Midgets
The Sobey’s Midget Local League #1 Team skated their way to an “A” Championship in the Wasaga Beach Midget Local League Tournament on Sunday, January 24th. In their first game, the team defeated Wasaga Beach 2-1. The team then faced Grand Valley and handed them an 8-3 defeat. In an exciting, fast-paced championship game, Collingwood defeated the team from Burford 4-2. Team MVP for the tournament was Keegan Durie. Special mention should be made of the strong goal tending by Cody Houghton. Coaches Don Monahan and Ian Mulholland and Trainer Ann Boucher would like to congratulate the entire team for a terrific group effort!
