Please note:  To all CMHA Members we are using the New Hockey Canada Registration System and ALL Members MUST register as "First time? Register now!" Your old OMHA # and Password should not be used.

Early Bird registration is until July 15th.  Late fee is effective August 1

Early Bird prizes are:

• 3 - $100 gift certificates for SK8 Georgian Bay
• 2 - PA Day hockey sessions from Georgian Bay Hockey Academy ($75 value each)

PERMISSION TO SKATE REMINDER: Permission to skate forms are mandatory for all players wishing to participate in tryouts for Triple "A" teams. Forms can be obtained from President Anthony Griffiths.

Please e-mail Anthony Griffiths griff05@sympatico.ca  with the dates of the try-outs you wish to attend, and he will sign the appropriate form.

Under O.M.H.A. regulations, all players requesting try-out forms must be granted such permission. Collingwood Minor Hockey wishes the best of luck to all players taking part in the spring tryouts.
